1. Sizing
See size chart here. Please measure your dogs neck to order the appropriate size, but here are some examples... The Mini size is appropriate for very small dogs like Chihuahua's. The X-Small would fit a dog such as a Boston Terrier. The Small fits my Wheaten Terriers very well. The Medium would fit a dog such as a Border Collie. The Large would work for most Labradors. Leashes are 3/4 of an inch wide and just over 4 feet long.
2. Custom Collars
Collars are all made by myself upon receipt of order. Please email me about custom collar orders. One customer sent me her own material that matched her bridesmaids dresses because her dog was in her wedding!
3. Material
Collars and leashes are made of cotton fabric and have a stabilized interior of fusible interfacing. Dog collars are adjustable and have a plastic side-release buckle. Buckles are black, but we offer a white buckle for certain fabrics and only for small, medium and large sizes. All collars have a D-ring for attaching name tags.
4. Safety
As the consumer you are personally responsible for determining the suitability of Crafty Dog Design products for your own individual situation. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you accept this responsibility. All collars and leashes should be inspected on a regular basis. While cotton makes for beautiful collars, these collars are not to be used on dogs that pull excessively or are tied out.
